By downloading, accessing, or using the STEO application ("STEO", "we", "us", "our"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
STEO is a wellness, journaling, challenge-based, and personal-growth application. It provides mindset prompts, reflective exercises, educational content, and access to the STEO Shop where users can redeem points ("coins") for partner products, services, or discounts. These Terms explain how the app works and your responsibilities as a user.
Physical items or services delivered outside the app are paid through Partner-controlled payment methods (not Apple IAP).
Digital content or unlocks that require payment will use Apple's In-App Purchase system when applicable.

The STEO Shop hosts products, services, programs, or vouchers from third-party providers ("Partners").
After you redeem or purchase from a Partner, your relationship is directly with them. STEO is not responsible for delivery issues, product quality, delays, cancellations, outcomes, or refunds (unless explicitly handled by STEO). All post-purchase support is managed by the Partner.
STEO complies with applicable Australian privacy principles, Apple App Store Review Guidelines, and common international privacy expectations (including GDPR-style user rights).
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of STEO constitutes acceptance of the updated agreement.
